Bari and Luke, I think a perfect way to sum up the mac/windows debate is that macs are like corvettes and PCs are like saturns. There is nothing wrong about using a PC, but Mac are simply better, and you get what you pay for. If you want a better, more stylish machine, get a Mac. If you just want a decent, cheap machine to do what you need it to and nothing else, then a PC is the way to go. I think this is about how everyone knows it is until a PC user claims that their's is better, which is simply isn't.
There is nothing wrong with owning a PC; Mac's are just more expensive, more advanced computers.

OK, I need a crash course in Starcraft strategy. When I bought the game, I didn't get the manual, so that's a disadvantage. But there's two main things I want to work on.
1: I liked the marine, medic tactic, but I don't know how to use it. You can't for a bunch of marines and medics in a group and order them to attack or the medics try to attack and not heal. So, do you just move the group and let them automatically fire w/o orders?
2: I've been trying to practice against the comps. But they always do this incredibly annoying thing. I'm building up my force, when all of a sudden they send in this huge force of things I can't hope to beat with anything less than a bunch of siege tanks. How?

I never said that. I don't even think that. I don't know any Mac user who ever said something like that about PCs.

Hey Mac I tried to download your first reply but when i clicked the link it just took me to a page witha bunch of garbled text. I then attempted to bypass this and just download the link directly to my HD but it just came up as a very large simpletext doc. Any reason you can think of that this is happening?
A very large simpletext doc is probably what you want. Now put it in your scarcraft--->files--->maps--->replays folder, go to single player, and select load replay.
Insano:
Select your marines and put them in 1, 2, or 3 group depending on how many you have. Do this by selecting as many as possible and doing control-(insert group number here). Then you can summon up the group without selecting anything. Now take your medics and double click on some of the troops with the medics selected. Them will make them follow the marines and automatically heal them.
The computer - unlike a human - can not be requested not to rush. The only way to beat a comp is to get up defense as fast as humanly possible. I suggest you start playing the campaign missions, just to get basic strategies down.
Bari, I was halfway through the replay, and the comp got turned off. I guess now I have to go through the whole thing again... There should be a scene-selection thing.

If they kill you every time, here is a cheat code. Hit enter(or is it return on macs? I forget), then the code, then enter again.
"power overwhelming" - invincibility
Only use this as a last resort. When possible, try not to use it or you'll never get better. Only use the invincibility to stop the computer's rush, then disable it by entering it again.
Or just get your routine down to where its fast enough to beat the computer's rush, that works too. When you are getting rushed by humans you wont have the option of cheating.
