Admiral Rak, seeing the success of CarnoΕs daring charge, ordered his fleet back to Kaujathin to meet with his reinforcements and rearm and repair.

Receiving his reinforcements, Rak orders his fleet back to Kaujathat to reengage.
The 16th BattleGroup travels to Kaujathat
Immediately upon entering the system, Rak orders the Cloak & Dagger to begin launching torpedoes. Torpedoes also stream out of the launchers of his Freedoms and Destroyer M8s. In all, 800 torpedoes stream towards the enemy. Following the yellow torpedo volley are the newest additions to his fleet, the Hammerheads and M7s.
The torpedoes impact with astoundingly deadly results. Both BattleCruisers and both Cruisers are torn to shreds. The two destroyers, however, are able to evade the brunt of the torpedo attacks. Rak ordered his Hammerheads to make a strafing run on them with HALOs and space bombs. Just as the Hamerheads begin their dive, the five destroyers and one gunboat of the Imperial Defense Force flank them from behind. Three Hammerheads are ripped apart instantly by cluster fire. The remaining Hammerheads accelerate ahead, releasing over 60 space bombs on the two stranded destroyers. Two more Hammerheads are lost due to combined needlebeam and cluster fire from the two destroyers.
Their remains raining down upon the asteroids floating in space, the destroyers are decimated by the bombs. Three more Hammerheads are gunned down by the flanking defense fleet. The Hammerheads appear to be sitting ducks, that is until the twenty M7s pop up from behind the Alien fleet. The Aliens are shocked and surprised. Three Alien destroyers go down in a mass of flames from flak and heavy rocket fire. The Alien fleet turns to face the new threat, and the Hammerheads split and disappate. The gunboat, which had lagged behind a bit, reacted quickly, splitting an M7 open with its heavy fusion beam. Another M7 is eliminated by combined cluster and needlebeam fire.
At that moment, a pack of Hammerheads jump out from a nearby asteroid. They unleash a powerful barrage of torpedoes and space bombs. All that survives is an Alien Destroyer, which quickly hyperjumps out of the system. THE BATTLE IS OVER! THE HC HAVE WON A DECISIVE AND DEADLY VICTORY AGAINST THE ALIEN MENACE.

Mod section: Rak, you can't drop through the jumpgate, get reinforcements, and come back through to finish the battle. However, I see no reason why you couldn't have finished it with the ships you already had, then had the reinforcements sent through the jumpgate, so we'll do it that way. Minor detail, just remember that for the future.
I might also clip a few more D-Rays from that headlong charge, Carno, but overall that looked reasonable, once I read what your tactics were.

With his fleet severly weakened and almost no capitol ships remaining, Mark James quickly set to work on fortifying the newly captured system.
The fleet first began construction on a new Fallen One class Battlestation. Both fleets were also on a constant state of alert for any alien vessels. Mark wanted to make sure that when he captured a system, he didn't let go of it.

Jimbob finished calulating the numbers on the paper and handed it to Private Anderson. He walked out and began the job.
At this time Jimbob walked up to the Comm channel and began on a message: "Under order of Commander Skyblade, some of you will split to join Plute's fleet. Please, do not be afraid of him, he is friendly. Answer his orders as if he were me, and do well. Goodbye, friends..." Jimbob sent the message and a few minutes later his comm channel began filling up with fairwells. Within the hour everything was sorted out. The comm channel was then opened up to Plute. "Hello, This is Commodore Jimbob." With the help of the amazing Babelfish software, Jimbob was able to understand what he was saying. "Hi. How are you today"
"Good, but I have some news. I'm giving half of my fleet to your command."
"Well, that should make things more balanced. No complaints from your crew?" Plute asked.

Centaurion Ipvicus swore, if these latest reports from Kaulathat were true the war had taken a drastic turn for the worse. "Hmm" he thought "perhaps there is still a way to force these Humans back through the jumpgate." "Helm set a course for the Irrakis system and open a channel to the Colonial Govenor there. Communications send four scouts to retrieve those holo emiters, the humans cant have had time to investigate them too closely and there still may be a use for them."
Mod Post - Jimbob, the orders I gave were only temporary. In other words, Plute only keeps the fraction of your fleet while you both are within the Sten system. After that period, all the ships you gave to his command go back to you. Sorry if I didn't make that clear...
After a thorough strip down and cosmetic overhaul, the HCS Cloak & Dagger and the other ships in RakΕs fleet were running extremely smoothly. Rak picked up his daily datapad, and read his current fleet statistics.

Azdara Ace read over his orders, he was to proceed to the Rhansard system as soon as possible. He looked at his map, he wouldn't be able to make it the whole way non-stop, he would stop to refuel in the Calais system. Azdara Ace walked over to the command center on the bridge where Captain Alexander was, and gave him the order to take the fleet to Calais.

Asriel's fleet would probably be crushed if he stayed in the system for much longer. He decided to retreat to the Darven system, where spl_cadet was, to both receive his reinforcements and regroup his forces. His ships quickly gathered together and left the system, losing the remaining Starscreamers in the process to isolated fire.
Darven system, some time later
Fortunately, Asriel's reinforcement of thirty of the new Styx assault fighters arrived soon. Each Styx could easily shred any competing HC fighter, but they cost a LOT. Asriel had to be extremely careful with them. He read off Karl's message, happy to learn that the Pirates had captured an HC Core World. Asriel thought about using Operation Surf's Up when he attacked Mac's fleet again.
Oh, he was definitely going to go back after Mac's fleet. He wasn't just going to let Macavenger rampage through central Pirate territory untouched. He sent a private message to spl_cadet, whose supply of ammunition in his ships was now mostly recharged.

Spl, we're going to have to make another concerted attack on Macavenger's fleet. We need to get him out of Pirate territory. Centaurian Ipvicus was deep in thought... several Alien systems were in strikeing range of the Dreden Navy and there was nothing the Imperial Fleet could do about it. Some systems would undoubtably fall befre the Aliens were able to bring thier new ships and weapons to bear on the rebel scum. Somethin had to be done and he thought he might have an idea. Activating the com unit beside him the Centaurin called down to the Bridge, "communications: send a secure message to all colonial magistrates who's sytems are in striking distance of the Dreden Navy... I have some packages i'de like them to install in their defense fleets."
As I see it. I no longer have a fleet. So since I havent had a chance to post I got my ass kicked. Ok then......... I gess I'm gone then.Oh well. There wass over 90 posts in only a few days.Have fun.. So now what do I do.... I know nothin.

OOC: Jager, you can thank those humans for it destroying practically all your fleet while taking few losses, even considering it would take quite a while to send so many ships through a single jumpgate... but tactics are tactics aren't they Rak.

The Dreden 36th Warfleet Division is fully refueled and currently in the Calais system.
Finally, Azdara Ace would be able to continue on to Rhansard. Refueling had take awhile, too long for Azdara Ace, but it was needed. The fleet was now in high orbit around Calais, preparing to leave. The two detroyers from the Anvas attack had also caught up, so the fleet was now at full status.
"Mr. Alexander, please take the fleet to the Rhansard system, and alert me when I arrive."
"Yes, Admiral."
"Thankyou. Maybe I can finally get some reading done now..." Azdara Ace walked off the bridge and over to the officer's lounge.
"Sir, we have arrived." Azdara Ace got up from his reading. The system of Rhansard was in view before him, with President Skyblade's fleet located on the far side of the planet, in a defensive stance.
"Communications officer, send a message to President Skyblade informing him of our presence in the system. We will hold a steady course to the planet, where we will refuel and make sure all ships are fully restocked."
"Yes sir." The 36th fleet glided towards Rhansard, a cloud of shining blue metal.
The Dreden 36th Warfleet Division is currently located in the Rhansard system.
The captials in Grunaudlaters fleet Went down to the planet and were refitted with drill bombs. The defence fleet was also refitted. They prepared for battle. All ships were also refitted with TLRT Beams.
