As for your requested rank, it's probably likely you'd start with a lower rank anyway. Members with little or no webstory experience will usually have to play well to earn extra ranks.

I'm up for anything, my character is one of those "cocky kid" types like Luke Skywalker or Harry Kim (only, less like the second and more like the first). Pilot duty's good with me - I may have no webstory experience, but piloting is another story...

CoreyCubed,didn't you read the Alien rank list? The lowest rank is "Legionary". What's this about needing new Alien players? I thought we had 5! Of course,more is always better,especially when chocolate applies.

Well, so far, none. But, when it's time to start the story, we will be shuffling players around if needed, and Asriel (used to be Sattomax, remember) has expressed interest in being a pirate again if needed. We will balance things out before the story starts, so don't worry.

To briefly explain why KK is dragging his feet about joining, it is a matter of time. Some of you may have noticed the "Kaptain Karl's Challenge" over on B&B.; (Until the last few days) my opponent has been such a prolific poster I did not know how I would keep up.
Being concise on that thread is important. (Remember Abe Lincoln's apology for writing a long letter? He had not the time to write a short one....) If that B&B; thread continues, I will not have much time to participate here. And that is my hold up....
(Note: I think my opponent may have given up. I'll be able to tell by tonight.)

I believe this thing is scheduled to take off within a few eeks of September, give or take a few. Of course this all depends on how much work can be done to get all the graphics and such plotted out, but I believe it's pretty much up to Skyblade, Mac, and now Captain 'Carno to set this thing off.
Well it seems that alot more work is going into BFS3 than BFS2 so lets all hope that it will be alot better.
And lets hope some one gives me a job to do so I can be a part of the fun story making process.

I hope he has given up, I've seen that. At least you have a lot of other people hammering him too, that must help some, he certainly deserves it. It's been a while since I've seen idiocy distilled to that pure of a form. Anyway, after it starts, you can tell Yoda he can just shut up or I'll track him down and slap him silly with a live trout.
And ZenMasta is about right on the starting date. I'm not so sure myself, because it's been a while since I've heard much from Skyblade. He's been busy, I guess. Anyway, I'm going to send him some stuff taht should draw a response soon. We'll let you know when we get really close.
