well no, i did dig ur tiles and watchamajiggy but i didnt use them in my game because im kinda anal bout doin all the stuff myself for my 1st game. but i thought they were cool and helpfull. im getting geared up to release something big to the addon and tutorial section and i think every little bit helps and at least continuosly motivates.

Hello. Thanks for the translation. bodadem, I'm wondering if I SHOULD use your graphics (not the bridge but the tiles). At this point, I'm not sure about the legal repercussions for using graphics created by a minor in a game I intend to sell. If you're not a child, I sincerely apologize. Nevertheless, you do have quite a lot of talent and I appreciate your contribution of images.

ALL of this is dependant upon a minor submitting any files for others to use.
Provided you do NOT mention him in the "making of.." area of your game, you have every legal right to use what-ever is posted by him. He on the other hand doesn't have the right to ask for recognition because of his age. If he states that you should recognize him, you can't use it! Plain and simple.

Okay, I'd better explain the last post.
I have knowledge of this because I had to go through it. My son, ( a very talented goof off) manged to come up with an idea (what? I will not say). But he told a friend at high school and a teacher overheard it. The teacher then used the idea, and is making millions.
Making a very long story - short, I must give my son permission to own an idea, concept, or whatever; before it can be (semi-) legally his. And even then, I am accountable for it (until his 18th birthday). This was upheld in the US supreme court. So....
I am very sorry for bringing this old topic back...but i havnt bin on fer ages (again) and i wanted to reply...sorry :)...
