Dexterity improves it with swords and bows, marksmanship increases it with just bows.

Rawzer finally gets around to doing some final touches in the new section of the bar, the pool. After the red ribbon ceremony to be held at noon today (whether I'm there or not), patrons can enjoy everything they've been enjoying in the water! There is even a poolside bar with submerged stools so you don't have to get out to drink! But be forewarned, the pool is 12 feet deep on all sides, so it would be a good idea to take off your armor. Unless you have gills. Do you have gills? Also, there are three hot tubs of varying temperatures: pleasantly warm (for beginners), hot 'n' bubbly (for the more advanced soakers), and scalding (for people we hate). Sweet space cookies!

SlaVitiCkus is excited about the new section, but wonders how he never noticed the construction before...he shrugs it off, and jumps into the pool after taking his armor off. Stupid him, he forgot about his lucky iron underpants (don't ask). He begins gasping for air, and soon sinks to the bottom. He stays down there for 10 minutes, drinking "Filter of Healing"s to stay alive, until he finally makes it to a side and is pulled out. He goes to the Hot tub. Thinking it is the "Hot n bubbly", he goes into the "scalding". He soon realizes his mistake, but can't fell his muscles to move. He eventually gets out, takes a space cookie, and leaves the pool area. "I've had enough of this..".
Ten minutes later, he jumps into the pool again...
Raistlin submerges himself in the "scalding" tub. 2 hours later he emerges, now colored a deep beet red and grinning broadly.
