Yes. Just give some really weak ship, like the shuttle, a Strength value of, say, 30000. As the formula for how much combat rating you get from a ship you destroy is Strength/5, this will give you +6000 to your combat rating every time you blow up that type of Shuttle. Note that you can't give a ship a Strength higher than 32767, but 6000 combat rating points is equivalent to the gap between Dangerous and Deadly.

The Strength value is in a field labeled "Strength" in the shďp resource.

I thought it was strength/2, not 5...
