Too much math!! View Post
Heh
Yeah, yeah. That's why it's a working title.
Skyfox: When we were talking about the provisional title, I suggested adding a strapline, making the full title...
"Beforemath: There was Home EC"
...but the rest of the team didn't go for it...
Soo full of s###.
Dear God, this is staring to remind me of Blizzscums. :gonk:

I'm not a developer, but I'm calling you out Mr. Pipe! You haven't provided an update on New Breed, and I'm going crazy over here. Care to share?
Thread hijack, at least attempt to look interested in the project
I have no news on Beforemath, and no news on New Breed.
Odd.
Well, good luck. Maybe I'll offer to help out one of these days, if my schedule permits it. Things are kinda busy in life right now for me to take on another project.

This was believable (somewhat) untill you mentioned the 40,000 missions.
If, however, you do decide to work on this, please, please don't sacrifice Aftermath.
The challenge is not so much writing a new engine, it's getting the scenereo down as well. If there is going to be an EV4 I would much rather not see it based on an existing EV scenereo. None of them have been so far, except for perhaps the Kestrel...
Well, I wish you guys luck, this sounds like a great project and I'm confident you guys can pull it off.
  Have read The Da Vinci Code during eastern Tries to figure out if "Beforemath" has an anagram
"For the beam" That is even worse then "Beforemath".
Gives up

Please, no bad language.
Question for OP? since you talk about the galaxy shrinking and expenading, am i to assume that you solved the Visbit issues that were giving Masamune so much grief?
They're talking new engine, I assume that visbit issues would be a thing of the past.

I'm now into ambigrams myself with "Angels and Demons" (which is a better story in my opinion, and less anti-Church), and Beforemath can look very nice in an ambigram (just figured it out ;))

Oo, show us! It could be the project's "working logo".
Here's what I did in Illustrator in a few minutes:
(not at all perfect yet, but that's because if you want better, you have to ask )

Just for fun i took my own stab at it (with paint, so mercy please..)
Here's my ("professional") ambigrammer advice: put the "t" and "h" closer, and same thing for the "f" and "o".
