Who is working on this?
I've been working with EVNEW (/I think that's the name of it\) to create a plug-in that changes the entire galaxy into something new (Such as Polycon). I think these are always exciting to play, which is why I'm working on my own. Since I've always liked these, I was curious what people/teams are working on total remake plugs as well.

You missed one.
I think that the list is pretty complete, except for FH2 and New Breed
(by the way, Martin, just looking at your website, and how is Frisian different from Dutch? Same kind of difference as between Dutch and Flemish or completely different? Now I understand your knowledge of Belgium ;))
Frisian and Old English (aka Anglo-Saxon) are virtually identical up until about 515 AD. Dutch diverges rather earlier. Modern Frisian has changed much less than English, and so is relatively similar to Old English (but with more words for television and fewer for 'sword').
Most of the European coastline between France and Denmark was once 'Friesland', but Frisian power waned and Friesland was eventually assimilated into the Spanish Empire and thence into the Netherlands.
The Frisians are intensely proud of their language and their identity. Dutch people regard them as stubborn, which, given that almost everyone else regards the Dutch as stubborn, says something.

Little correction: neither New Breed nor Aftermath are truly total conversions, to the best of my knowledge. NB is more of an add-on, from what I know, which might be wrong. Aftermath is a huge scenario, on the scale of a total conversion, but it is set in the Nova universe, so it's not really a total conversion.

As is Genesis, but since each pretty much redo the Nova Universe I think they can count as TCs.
Maybe we'll borrow UE's term and call them Quasi-TCs.
