Haggling?

Hi as I was running through the Nova Data files I came across a picture for "Haggling"?
Any idea what that does? I haven't seen it in any of my missions

It probably Haggles. That's just my guess.

What resource number and data file is it? So as we can have a look for ourselves...

It's the graphic that comes up when you say, "Do this," and they say "I will if you pay me..."

Yah, as Lindley says, it's the dialogue box which pops up when you hail a ship and press the "Request Assistance" button. Just imagine two buttons on the grey area which say "Lower Price" and "Accept" or whatever, and you'll see.
