I will submit it, then. I'll have to revise the readme so it points people towards EVula's lair instead of Dreamwave, though. Time's at a premium today and tomorrow I l start a journey, so submitting won't happen for 2 weeks.
I'm starting to play around with 3D programs. (I ordered Carrara 1.1 and Amapi 5 at purplus.com a few days ago -- yeah they're old, but it's $28 for the pair and they come with training materials.) I may never reach a level where I can add banks or big shipyard scenes to Skyblade's models. I may see if I can work out an expeditious way of adding engine glows with Photoshop. I've also got a couple other tweak ideas -- there may be a "Cold Fusion for Nova 1.1" in a month or two. A full-on "CFN 2.0" isn't very likely, unless someone else takes over graphics.

Aye, I almost miss Dreamwave myself in a way. It often made my days stressful, but it felt way cool to be making a difference in the EV community.
For the record folks, I've been receiving a large sum of e-mails from people wishing to run Dreamwave in my place. The entire site and its EV content are now the property of EVula, so any requests of their use have to go through him.
Jules: feel free to use those tutorials as long as proper credit is provided.
I will miss Dreamwave. It's a pity. Twas a really nice site.
