On New Liadon, the lightning gun was being tested. The man was aiming at a Target Droid, a robotic, flying machine that had shields and armor. As the lightning gun was shot, electricity shot out of the end like... lightning. It curved toward the Droid and hit it. The Droids shield level read 95%. The man switched the gun to Neutron mode and blasted the shields clean off. He then switched it back to lightning and shot again. The electricity hit the Droid and surged through it. Tasina quickly told the enormous Voinian admiral that it was perfectly okay for him to wait, and asked if he should stay at Dreden, or return to Station Keld.
Moiraine was stunned by the death counts of other races her spies were sending her. She herself knew that the Tribunal had not been touched by either this plague, or the mysterious "nanoweapon." She quickly called a full Assemblage council to ask what should be done; this would be the first time ever that a full council had been called.

Moiraine was speaking. "You all know of the mysterious plague that recently hit both Ross 154 and the Milky Way. You also know of the "nanoweapon" that followed and wiped out many of the survivors. The Raiek, Haorn, Sijak, Confederacy, and Galactica Imperium have all been decimated. We are now likely the most powerful race in three galaxies!
"But do not get cocky. We may be powerful, but we are also trapped here, in Eta Cassiopea. This is both a positive, and a negative.
"Most of you know of the Watcher's message that the Tribunal received shortly after the plague attack. Many of us, including me, thought at the beginning that this "Watcher" was merely a prankster, not the Senn themselves! Now, however, it appears that he may actually be what he claims to be." Moiraine glanced around the room. She appeared to have the full attention of the Assemblage. Good.
"Our spy Phantoms are unable to return to Eta Cassiopea. There is some sort of massive energy blockage in all of the wormholes and access gates. They cannot get in, and we cannot get out. That is currently a good thing, as whatever sent the plague cannot get in to kill us; unfortunately, we cannot offer help to those trapped in the Milky Way and Ross 154.
"There remains only one possibility for this attack. All other governments are accounted for. The Prylak have returned."

As the year passed, the Hinwar went nearly out of contact with the other races. If a ship ventured into Hinwar space, it was politley asked to state what it was doing and unless it was delivering cargo, it was politley asked to leave. The Hinwar coloised the planets of Adornik VI, EC-219, EC-214 along with the original system, EC-218. The completion of the Hinoran fighter was a success. It was equiped with two Lightning cannons and one E. Neutron Cannon (which was very rarly used because it was so... not powerful). Another ship that looked a bit like the fighter just much larger and bulkier had been developed, the Hinoran BattleFrieghter. It was named this because it had a large amount of room to carry cargo and had more weapons than the fighter (and better weapons). It was equiped with 4 Lightning turrets, 8 E. Neutron turrets, 1 turreted Neutron Rocket Launcher, and 10 Turreted Neutron Rockets. The population of all Hinwar had moved to about 750. The Hinwar fleet was made up of 45 Hinoran Fighters and 15 Hinoran BattleFrieghters.
Grundy stared out the window of the enhanced Hinoran BattleFrieght, the H.S.S. Voyager. It had been refitted to take out almost all cargo space for weapons. Grundy smiled as the Hinwar fleet finally exited hyperspace in the Haru'El system. He landed his ship on the planet and requested to talk with Magistrate K'Sarragh.
