MODERATION: Thunder, Rima, I don't think you need to have both of those things done in so many posts. Make it just 1 or 2 less.
Redchigh; you are slightly mistaken in the Renegade Alliance's history. First off, near the end of Daedalus's (the original Renegade Alliance commander) life, the Renegade Alliance was pretty peaceful. Then, it was absorbed into the Kayian Alliance, but split off once they got to the new galaxy. At that point, you were put in charge. Also, did you get Jess's permission to use her name for one of your minor characters?
Thirdly; Redchigh, it should take three posts for that SAD thing, and only you would need a lot more than just three of those things to kill a destroyer.
And finally, Thunder, yes, sort of. The Zidagar, Igadzra, and Azdgari have no relations with each other, no good ones, no bad ones. Same thing with the Renegades. But the Kayans and Miranu are on pretty good terms. Of course, this just the default starting status, anyone can change it if they just offer an alliance or attack someone.
-------
Admiral Bendon stepped into Carnotaur's office as he was staring out the window at the setting sun. "You wanted me sir? Sir?" Bendon asked.
Carnotaur suddenly jolted as if started then turned around. "Oh, sorry. Bendon? Ah, good. This is what I wanted to talk to you about," Carnotaur said, turning back to horizon which he could easily see through the large sliding glass door at the back of his office. "You remember about the reports from those scientists on where the refugee species might have ended up?"
Bendon nodded. "Probably one of the two Megallanic cloud galaxies."
Carnotaur nodded in reply. "Yes, well they just did another investigation; they are positive it's one of those two galaxies, and they think it may be the Small Megallanic Cloud, though they aren't positive." Carnotaur paused for a moment. "I want to give you an assignment of the utmost importance; I want you to find a way to send a message to the Small Megallanic Cloud. You can meet with the scientists who are also working on this on Kayia. They have a few theories on how to use the sub-space rift to get a message across. Work with them. Once you have found a reliable way to make it happen, tell me, and I'll give you a message to send. Okay?"
Meanwhile, in the Voinia system, a Federation Battlecruiser being escorted by three squadrons of Federation Azdaras hyperspaced into the Voinian capitol. After stating their business to the massive warships which patrolled the area, the ship continued on. After landing on the planet, Cheif-Of-Staff Mark Jackson walked out escorted by his personal guard. Passing through several security clearance checks, Jackson entered the Voinian Imperial Palace; the HQ for the entire Voinian Empire.
After walking for a bit longer, Jackson finally entered Nova6's, the Voinian Emporer's, office. It was quite large and roomy, and there were many battle mementos (sp?) and decorations that were hung on the walls. Entering the room, Jackson bowed slightly then said. "Emporer Nova, I come with a message from President Carnotaur."
Then, Nova6 turned around and looked at Jackson, then responded...
"All destroyers, close in on the Edien battlecruiser! Light Cruisers, launch all fighters and move in closer! All ships, fire at will!" the Federation commander ordered.
The Federation fleet advanced, the destroyers heading directly towards the Edien Battlecruiser, firing quantum missiles and sub-space torpedoes. As the warheads impacted on the battlecruiser's shields, the swarm of Azdaras attacked the Edien fleet. As the the Ediens countered this attack, they then came under attack by the Federations. About 10 minutes later, suddenly, one of the Federation light cruisers exploded.
As the Federation commander got back into his seat, he gave an order to his com officer. "Send request to nearby bases for immediate reinforcements."
With 15 minutes, a Federation reinforcement fleet, which had been heading to a nearby system but then veered off course to enter Stror, jumped in. With the help from the newly arrived fleet, the Ediens were finally beaten off.

There ARE other people named Jess, ya know. That was written, because I have a friend named HJessica thats thinking about joining. If she joins, she'll take the character. if she doesn't, the Jess in my story wont be brought up again.

He had toyed with the idea of trying to contact the other galaxy on his own, but he hadn't a clue as to which galaxy to talk at, much less a way to do so. Oh, well. The Kayans were pretty good scientists. They would figure it out if anyone could. -------------------------- When Benden got to the Silver Talon , he ordered that all systems be prepped. A few minutes later, he heard the familiar groans and creaks as the massive ion engines lifted the ship off the ground. As soon as they got into space, they powered up the weapons and defensive systems. One never knew where the Ediens would show up these days.

It does when you bring up stuff about revolts and stuff like that in your post. But overral, no, it doesn't really count.

Sorry, post revoked. I had a talk with Whitehawk about that last post of his, and I forgot to mention that messages in-between galaxies (the Renegade Alliance is in the Small Megallanic Cloud or New Galaxy, and Hawk is in the Milky Way, look at the map please).

Carnotaur called Scorcher into his office. "Yes Carno?" Scorcher asked.
"Here, take this data pad down to the tech department. It gives a few specifications for a new and improved Multi-Reflective Armor."
Scorcher nodded then walked out.
RESEARCH PROJECT INITIATED TITLE: Enhanced Multi-Reflective Armor ETA: 5 posts
OOC: Finally I have time to post. Sorry. I read everything so I know what's going on.
The new emporer glanced around his chambers. Servants, luxuries; he was still not used to that even after some 6 years of it. He rose from his chair and walked down the hall of his palace, but he looked more the guest than the master. "Six years of peace can hurt a man," he muttered to himself. Formerly, he had been commander of one of the five Azdgair Supercruisers ever built. It was really just a named position, though, as often he was out fighting in an Azdara or his personal favorite, his Azdgari Arada. When the Ediens attacked and destroyed most of the Azdgari fleet, he had thought himself lucky to have his vessel assigned as an escort to escaping refugees. Now he realized it would have been better for him to fight the Ediens and die a hero than sit here amongst 'peace' and 'prosperity'. he was lost in thought and almost missed the door he was looking for. Turning, he strode into the office of his financial advisor. "What is the current status?" The advisor stood to attention, saluted, and answered: "Very good, sir. Profits are up 4.3% and the interest ration on the strandless debt fund has risen..." "Good. Begin research on this..." he placed a document down on the table.
Viper (url="http://"http://www.visoftware.f2s.com/graphics/images/1337ship.jpg")http://www.visoftwar...es/1337ship.jpg(/url) <--a preliminary design...this was made for something else and so it isn't textured right, but thats the shape. I'll get a better version up when I get a chance, probably in the final post. A large but fast ship, the Viper should prove to be an exceedingly useful ship. It outruns an Azdgari Arada, yet is more powerful than an Igazra. It has 2 Anti-armor turrets and 4 Anti-shield turrets, and many secondaries (Pursuitss, SAD's, etc.). It lacks in defenses, however. The armor was reduced to 10 to make it lighter and faster, and with the huge engines prevented extensive shield arrays, so it has slightly less shielding than an Igazra. It will cost about 16 million credits.
The advisor quickly stopped talking. He knew how little the emperor cared for the details of things such as money. All he wanted to know was if there was enough to keep ship production and research up. The emperor turned and left. Following the hall farther, he came to his personal study. Entering, he glanced around to be sure it was empty as it was supposed to be, and then he closed and locked the door. He walked over to a table in the center of the room. On it was a long sword, kept for thousands of years. The metal was a type unknown to anyone, but somehow it had survived the time and was still in perfect condition. The sword was carried by the emperor in battle, a symbol of power and authority. He took it up in his hands and touched it to his forehead. Then he proceeded to slash down and slice the table neatly in two. He had no care for this world of peace, he must return to his home millions of light-years away and retake it, if it cost him everything.

Before he left the station to return to New Kayia, Thunder decided to ask about something that had been bothering him. Picking up his communicator, he input Commander Lasin's frequency and dialed. Within a few seconds he answered.
"Prime Minister, what can I do for you?"
"I have a question, Commander, if you don't mind."
"Go ahead."
"This new ship of yours - the Firefly - is heavily based on the Crescent Fighter, right?"
"Yes, the base schematics are quite similar," Lasin replied.
"If this is a modification on an existing design, then why is it going to take so very long to produce it?"
"I thought you might ask that, Prime Minister. The fact is, the early stages of the design process will be devoted to finding ways to improve and strengthen the current design. The schematics I gave you weren't all that strong, really, in fact by those statistics, one of our fireflies would only be able to defeat a single Crescent Fighter - two would easily destroy it. We're looking into ways to improve the maneuverability and strengthen the hyull. It won't be able to carry defense mines, of course (Kayan Defense Mines were developed at the end of Red Horizon - a combination of the Defense Pod and the Space Mine. Not nearly as strong as the space mine, in fact only about a sixth of that, but doesn't damage the ship that fires it, like the defense pod. Kayan Laziras and Gunships use them.)"
"This must add a lot of time to the development process," Thunder said.
"It does - in fact it increases the development time by nearly 50%. But it will insure a superior ship in the end. I trust you agree that a superior ship should be our priority?"
"Yes, Commander, of course I agree," Thunder replied, "And thank you for clearing that all up. Now, if you don't mind, I must be returning to New Kayia. Bye."
"Later, Prime Minister."
Thunder put down his communicator and boarded his arada.

Hawk appraoched the small village near the center of the valley. It had fallen into nature's hands, with vines and moss covering the stone buildings; yet despite the seven years this place had been empty, it was clearly whole with the buildings clear and still standing as they had for a milinea. This village had been home to House Kael, now long gone from this galaxy, with most of them wiped from existence. The Fates had not seen the Edien threat coming but even if they couldn't stop the decimation of his race, they would not allow Kisal to be ravaged. Indeed before those few Kisani who stayed in this galaxy made a deal with the Fedearation not to enter certain forsets or valleys. This had been one of them.
He headed towards a small house near the end of the township, that of his older sister's, his only sibling. Denzi had been the Worker of the town, her skills helping anywhere from simple devices like blades and arrows to keeping record of ancinet ship designs and starmaps, which of the latter none but the childeren of Jol Kael, Hawk and Denzi, could see. Hawk had taken off before he had looked at any of the old manuscrpits, save for one. It held a starmap and some designs, but he had been to young to understand when he glimpsed it. Now it came back to him at what it might be.
The vault opened at the touch of his DNA and muscles structure. The wall vault was the size of a small closet with many shelves of books; some where taken, but the rest were still here. Taking a small object from his coat pocket, he pressed a small button on it and a blazing white light surronded the old books for but a few seconds. It then vansihed to reveal the books again, and Hawk pocketed the device. Bending down, he reached into the bottom of the shelf and retrived some anti-grav pad equipment. Quickly setting it up, he started piling up books after books. Soon the vault was empty and locked. Hawk turned around to look at this place, where he had grown up. Like th outside, it fealt empty. He could still feel the presence of the Fates, but nothing more.
As he pushed the anti-grav pad upwards through the valley, the Kisani looked back down on his homeland for what could be the very last time. It would never be home again...
Loading the books into his ship and placing them in his small work area near his cot, Hawk headed towards the cockpit and summoned the light display. He guestured and the thrusters roared to life, the ship breaking through the atmosphere in minutes. Good thing the engines had been down temporaryly.
A shuttle captain boringly flew his ship through the traffic. He had not known any excitement beyond fleeing from Edien patrols. One day however he would earn his one warship and become well...
His day dreaming was interutped as something passed over him in a blaze of silver light. He quickly turned on his small screen yet saw nothing. Without thinking he brought his ship around in time to see a silver arada, one that he had never seen before, opened a jump point and vanished into hyperspace. Suddenly the shuttle captain's life wasn't so boring...

Dave's in his office, "having a conference" alone with Jess, when he gets an urgent message. He ignores it, but then his Military Commander's voice bellows through his computer speakers. "Premiere Dave, this is Lawrence, you really need to get down here to the warroom... We have a.... Situation..." Dave looks at Jess "Well, you can come, or wait here, pick one." "I'll come along." ten minutes later, Dave's in the Warroom, with Jess, Lawrence (an Exiled Igadzra, military genius), Shu (a strandless Miranu scientist/engineer), Bĺjir (An odd looking alien, mostly Voinian, head of intelligence), and Mahesh (an Adzgari weopons and ships expert). There's a Giant projection of the "Refugee" galaxy on the west wall, with a lot of govts on it, but none are currently hostile. The Galactica space to the west, Horoth to the east, Kayan and Igadzra to the south, and um.. interference to the north.
Lawrence is the First to speak. "Sir, We have lost 5 CF's and 2 Helians scouting to the north in the last five weeks. We Also have reason to believe from the lack of help calls, that our ships are being attacked, by fairly powerful weoponry. " Shu does some quick typing onto a nearby console, and the map zooms into an area of the map, right above the most northern inhabited planet of the RA, with some tiny X's of where the ships were last seen. Bajir speaks- "It seems that they are pirates, for two of the CF's were unarmed, carrying scouting equipment and sensors. We dotn have any clues as to their strengths though, every ship we've sent to check the wreckage disappeared, without any kind of damage hail." Lawrence looks at Dave again. "We need you're authorization to send a military-class fleet up there, and check the wreckage." Hmmm Dave thinks about this for a minute.. "Ok, but send a convoy of Freight- Couriers a couple hours ahead of the fleet, to distract the attackers, then while the enemy is attacking the Freighters, have a fleet of 8 Crescent fighters, 6 Helians, 5 Aradas, 2 turncoats, and a Crescent warship warp in. Also make sure someone with the Diplomacy department is on board, with plenty of escape pods. Also give the CW extra missiles, and an extra turret for this mission. Give them orders to shoot to disable, try and avoid killing anything bigger than a krait. Tell then not to underestimate the enemy though." Lawrence nods at Mahesh, Mahesh looks to Dave "It will be done." "Is that all?" Lawence nods, but Mahesh spekas right as Dave and Jess leave "Oh, the SDM's research are done, We're working on the prototype now" --------------------------------- Research continued: SDM (Silver Destruction Modules) Development: CHECK Prototype: 2 posts Research way to mass produce and outfit: 3 posts -------------------------------

Okay, but remember that the Renegade Alliance and everyone else knows about the other species locations and such.
High above the world of Edien Prime, Admiral Ly'rak assembled his fleet. His personal Battlecruiser, the Preeminent was one of the few ships ready to go. Emperor Rigadaz had authorized his use of over a million vessels, pulled back from different galaxies to end the resistance in the Milky Way galaxy.
Of course, Rigadaz was being overly optimistic. The Emperor had not been on the front lines for almost seven years, so Hk'ryund was unaware of the vehemence with which these rouge governments fought. Ly'rak, on the other hand had spent the last five years trying to destroy the Federation and the Voinians. He understood perfectly that 1 million vessels would certainly help, but it wouldn't end the war.
Three more Edien destroyers appeared in the system, bringing the total ships to 12,348, including the Interceptors. He knew that inevitably, the Ediens would win, it was just a matter of time before the last vestiges of this galaxy were finally swept away.
Admiral Tach'usd approached him. "Are you sure we should do this, Ly'rak? The Emperor has not authorized it and I have a feeling he wouldn't agree to it."
"Well, that's why he is the Emperor, and we are Admirals. I believe he trusts in our tactical ability." Tach'usd was being overly cautious. The Emperor's intentions were to use these million vessels as a defense string to test how strong the Aliens offensive lines were. However, Ly'rak found it more effective to use them to openly attack the Voinians at Kelmoan.
"If you say so, Ly'rak." She didn't sound so sure, but he knew she never really was; Tach'usd, who was head of Intelligence, was always extremely cautious when it came to tactics.
"Trust me," Admiral Ly'rak reassured her as twenty more Edien Battlecruisers appeared. --------------------------- Emperor Rigadaz read over the short message once again. A waste of his time really, it was a singe sentence long. He thought that Grundulater understood his own position in the Edien Empire. Apparently not.
"Lieutenant Rhath," Hk'ryund called into the darkness as he saw to blue eyes appear, "Send a message to Grundulater. Tell him he is allowed to use whatever means necessary to eliminate the pirates. Further more, he doesn't need to ask my permission for everything. He is the second in command, after all. ------------------------- message to Grundulater You are authorized to use whatever means necessary to destroy the pirates. BACKGROUND DEVELOPMENT
Fleet Admiral Rovuk looked at the impressive fleet; over 11,000 Rarkyl vessels had been assembled. On the bridge of his flagship, the R.I.V. Preemptive , he was able to survey the entire fleet.
"Admiral," a lieutenant reported, "The rest of the fleet is assembled and ready to begin."
Rovuk nodded. "Proceed."
The lieutenant nodded then gave the prearranged orders to the fleet. Soon, bit by bit, the massive Rarkyl fleet began to move. Splitting up into ten separate fleets, the Rarkyl ships soon entered hyperspace for Edien space.
As the Preemptive warped through hyperspace, the lieutenant came back again. "Admiral, all reports recieved; the offensive is going according to schedule so far."
Rovuk gave an evil chuckle. "Good, very good."
The Edien battlecruiser slowly patrolled the Kar'vek system right outside the Rarkyl Nebula. "Anything on sensors?" the captain asked.
"Nothing but the 30 other battlecruisers and 79 destroyers in the system," the sensor operator reported.
"Hmmmmm, odd. The Rarkyl would usually send more raids then the one small one we just got today," the captain said to himself.
Suddenly, the sensor lieutenant shouted out. "Sir! Rarkyl hyperspace signatures approaching! Over 500 of them!"
"Raise shields! Red alert! All hands to battlestations!" the captain ordered.
Suddenly, the Rarkyl fleet hyperspaced in. Composed of over 1,000 vessels, the Rarkyl fleet was a powerful force, quite large for the Rarkyl. "Oh my..." the captain of the Edien battlecruiser gasped. It was all he was able to say before his ship was blasted apart by the Rarkyl fleet in a split second. As the rest of the Edien fleet charged the Rarkyl, the defense fleet for Kar'vek system, over 500 vessels large, was launched.
In the following battle, the Ediens fought hard, but they were soon overrun by the much larger and much more powerful Rarkyl fleet. Once the defense fleet had been destroyed, and while half the Rarkyl fleet was patrolling the system perimeter in case Edien reinforcements fleets arrived, the rest of the Rarkyl fleet attacked the three planets in the system. After the massive bombardment which followed, all three of the bases had been destroyed. Then, with Edien reinforcement fleets starting to pour in, the Rarkyl fleet retreated.
The same was the story with the other four Edien bases that bordered Rarkyl space. All of them, except for one which was lucky, were destroyed. Several systems farther in Edien space were also heavily raided. Overral, it was a great success for the Rarkyl.
The day had come. The home of the Horoth would become unassailable to all its enemies. Primary satelites where at full power, secondary satelites charging. All monitoring stations where reporting as ready. The final signal went out, millions of tertiary satelites activated, now ready to channel the massive energies. Space rippled all around the Horoth system.
Horoth Prime Defence Center "All satelites reporting active and fully functional, Sir" "How solid is the shield system wide?" "Within expected parameters, although fluctuating near Ver'nath. Its magnetic field is interfering with the local satelites and monitoring station." "Order the satelites into full replication mode in that area, send supply ships to provide any extra raw materials needed. "Begin construction on the localised grids orbtiing the planets. Order the remaining satelites to begind limited replication so we have plenty of backup modules, and so a limited second shell can be established "Begin research on the combined fuel scoops and fusion reactors for Ver'nath. We may need to a lot of power for the grid if we get attacked." "Yes, Sir"
With that, Prime Leader RMA left the Horoth Prime Defence Center for his offices.
With the Horoth system protected behind its powerful sheild grid, and the massive mine fields inhabiting the hyperlinks to Horoth systems, the Horoth would be safe. But the fewer enemies, and the more allies, the better.
Prime Leader RMA picked his comm up:
"Relations, send a Destroyer and a Clipper squadron to the Kaiyans, the Azdgari, and the Renagade Alliance. Have 1 clipper in the squadron in full stealth mode to see how effective their sensors are. Have it destealth shortly after contact, in the middle of the squadron. Lets see what they make of it. Offer talks to each of them. Offer an invitation back to here. Remind them to stop off in another system and signal us first. We wouldn't want them splattered against our shield." "The squadrons will be on their way soon, Sir"
"My Master," General Kli'cyeg said, bowing down in the presence of Emperor Hk'ryund Rigadaz, "We have reports of a massive Rarkyl offensive. Over 10,000 of their vessels have attacked our border bases. Three of our four border systems have been wiped out, and several more of our systems were raided. It appears to me that the Rarkyl are over confident that they can defeat us. We must discourage them of that belief."
"I would like nothing better, Admiral, however, right now it isn't practical. I want our shipyards to replace our loses, and begin work on stations to replace our former bases. I want you personally to over see the improvement of defense in those three systems. Other than that, I am commanding that the Rarkyl's actions remain ignored at the moment. They will be properly dealt with once we eliminate the resistance in the Milky Way galaxy." Hk'ryund hissed in reply.
"Yes, my lord. I will begin preparations to increase defense in all of our systems. I also request that Admiral Tach'usd and her Intelligence unit begin looking into the probability of more raids by the Rarkyl navy," Kli'cyeg said.
"When she returns from the Milky way galaxy, I will set her on that task immediately General," Hk'ryund replied, "In the meantime, I want you to work out a strategy to destroy the Rarkyl. When our job in the Milky Way is done our full attention will be on the Rarkyl and their pitiful space fleet." ------------------ Now above Edien Prime, 236,984 Edien vessels had assembled for their venture into the Milky Way. Ly'rak was growing impatient with the time it was taking to gather so many vessels. But patience was important in such situations, he reminded himself.
Just then, another 119 vessels appeared. If things continued like this, he thought, his fleet would be fully prepared and ready to destroy the Voinians in a week.
"My lord," Fleet Admiral Rovuk said as he approached the Rarkyl emporer, "I bring good news; the operation was successful. The Ediens have sustained major losses and all but one of their border bases were destroyed."
The emporer stood still for a moment, assessing the situation. "Have they showed any signs of making a retaliatory strike against us?"
"No my lord, they haven't done anything except moved in to make repairs and restrengthen their borders."
The Rarkyl emporer nodded. "When can the next attack begin?"
"In six days my lord."
"Good, see too it admiral. You have done well."
"Thank you my lord," Admiral Rovuk replied, bowed, then walked out with his two personal guards.
OOC: Okay now, back to the story...
Carnotaur looked over the latest tactical reports then called in Admiral Johnson, commander of the 8th Federation fleet currently located in the Motif system. He also commanded a lot of the forces in the South Tip/Igadzra space area. "Yes Mr. President?" the admiral asked.
"Ah, Johnson, good. You know about the increasing number of Pirate attacks in the South Tip area, correct?"
"Yes sir. They haven't been extremely threatening but they are annoying and have been growing increasing stronger and more frequent over the past 6 months. The problem is we can't find all their bases because they cloak or hide a lot of them and the ones we do find we can't pinpoint or attack because of the Ediens."
Carnotaur nodded. "Tell the shipyards up there to increase production of patrol ships, fighters, and frigates. I also want you to increase patrols in areas of space where the Pirates have been sighted. Thirdly, increase raids on the Norhis system. Finally, I want you to start assembling two fleets. One fleet to attack the Pirate base in the Racet system, and the other for the invasion of the Norhis system. Understood?"
"But sir, our forces are stretched pretty thin, and invasion could weaken them even more..." Jackson objected.
"That's just a risk we're going to have to take. We can't win this war by only being on the defensive."
Jackson slowly nodded then walked out.

Dave's in his office, watching the latest deathmatch on the holovision, when Lawrence's exited face pops up on Dave's screen. "Premiere, sir! An Alien fleet just arrived in our system! " "Who are they? What do they want?" "They are the Horoth, We've seen their ships on occasion, but never made contact." "Ok, Thank you Lawrence. Computer, do a full satelite sensor sweep of the system, to test these ships sigs, make sure they're Horoth, Also sweep nearby systems for fleets. " REDchigh looks at the scans, before finally responding to the Horoth destroyer. The Horoth Captain is getting quite annoyed, the planet isn't responding, neither are any of the ships. The Horoth captain is about to order the horoth squadron to abort, and head back, when Dave's face pops up on the Destroyer's main comm screen. "Greetings, Horoth, nice to finally communicate with you" "Greetings, we are here as an offering of peace between our govts." "Oh, thats good. We are the RA, as you know, but we dont like to be tested, we dont like games, we take sensor cloaking as a sign of war. Please decloak your fighter." "Nice sensors. " (the fighter decloaks) "Thank you, we take pride in our sensors. Now how about we make this more casual eh? Dock 3b at the exectutive port is open for you to land." Horoth captain responds....

"OOOWWWWW!" (Still stinging from the Karmaslap)
MODERATION: Uh, Red, the Horoth don't have cloaks. All they have are special shields which hide their ships from sensors, but you can still actually see them. Also, they only use that when they are in combat. Otherwise, they keep that part of their shields deactivated.
REDCHIGH:Sensor scans wouldnt actually locate the ship. If you happened to see it out of a window, you'd see it though. You can lock onto the ship, by either disrupting the shields(with weapons fire) so you can get a sensor lock, or you can try and get sensors to lock onto whatever they can find in an area where you know a ship is. Seeing a ship in space is harder than it's amde out to be though. And since the ship is in the middle of the formation, you wouldnt be able to make a good count of the ships.
Would be much of a stealth option if a normal sensor scan showed it up, now would it?
Anyway, the Clipper destealthed right after the Destroyer made contact. And remember, the stealth option is turned on unless specified, so Horoth ships are usually like that. All Horoth ships have that ability.
