Carnotaur then met with the rest of his captains. He discussed with them the tactical situation against the Kayan Alliance, and their limited amount of ships. However, Carnotaur's three Igazras outmatched any ship in the Kayan fleet, and could easily go over a dominate a planet if they wanted to. However, this would be stupid. Carnotaur would have to plan the attack carefully. Maybe he could get a few ships from his dad, who worked for the Azdgari. Maybe he could lend Carnotaur a few Azdgari warships while they were off duty.
Later, as Carnotaur sat, considering his options, suddenly, the captain of the Specter ran in. "Carnotaur, we've contacted you dad, and he says he could give you a few ships. However, he might not be able to give you more than a two warships, however, he's going to go to Zidagar to try to get you a few Zidaras to help."
"Excellent work. I just hope he doesn't get into any trouble with the Zidagar."
----------------------
A few days later...
Carnotaur was looking at one of the new buildings that had just been set up on S-570, when suddenly, the captain of the LoneIgadzra ran up to him, looking terrified. "What is it?" Carnotaur asked.
"Your dad and mom! They got to Zidagar, but now the Zidagar are looking for them! They just announced it on the holo-vid! It said that the Zidagar were looking for two Azdgari conspirators! What do we do? From what I'ved heard, they got your dads ship, and so he can't get off Zidagar! He'll be found soon! What do we do?"
"The only thing we can do; ask for help."
<Message to Daedalus> <Urgent - Level 10 Priority> Daedalus, this is Carnotaur. I've got some VERY bad news. My dad and mom are on Zidagar, and the Zidagar government is looking for them! They can't escape from the planet, so I'll have to go rescue them. However, I have most of my fleet preparing to fight the Kayan Alliance, out doing cargo missions to get more money, patrolling here, or out getting supplies for this base. I only have the Red October and LoneIgadzra open. I could never get to Zidagar, and the cloaking device on the Red October is being repaired. I need your help to get my dad and mom off Zidagar. You want he to help you, well then you have to help me. If you decide to help, report to Freeport as soon as possible.

Rooster watched the same holovid segment as he drank his morning coffee. Rooster: "Liam, how far ar we from Zidagar?" Aeshek: "As close as we'll be before we get to Zachit, sir." Rooster: "Alter hyperspace direction, we're going to Zidagar full speed. Prep the covert ops team, i'm gonna be taking them down for search and retrieval. Contact the Zidagar government and play us to be bounty hunters. Get all information on the conspirators." Aeshek: "Aye, sir." The Zodiac did so and would reach Zidagar in a mere 30 minutes (arriving during the next post*).
*By this i mean stress more heavily waiting for action, as i will be able to interact with anything that happens.

Titan: When you were UE commander i wanted an alliance, but now youre ziddie so i'll kill you. Carno: Thanks for the equipment
I set up the new equipment on my fleet and head in to zachit space, ready to kill the theives.
Carno, I send you 1 Azdgari Warship and a proposition for you to enter my great empire.
------------------ Is the answer to this question 'no'?
To roostersw: For your help in the battle the Kayan Alliance paid you 350,000 credits. Sound good?
Continuation: Aboard South Tip Station, Thunder got word that the sensor upgrade was now nearly complete. He told the scientists to install it on his ship as soon as it was finished. Also, Kayan Alliance Militia training was going well. The troops were becoming quite well trained, and experienced troops stand a much better chance in battle. Still, with nearly a third of the galaxy now allied with the renegades, and only 3 systems comprising the Kayan Alliance, Thunder and the Militia leaders knew it might take more than just an experienced force to win...

<Transmission Sourc: Daedalus Node 125-894> <Encrypted> <Target: Carnotaur> You better be willing to pay. I just happen to be in Miranu space near the border with the Zidagar. It is just me and my scoutship. I will go to Zidagar to find them. I may be able to hire some help. This better be worth it. <End Transmission>
Daedalus took off for Zidagar at top speed, his hyper drive reaching the warning levels from the strain. He arrived as a merchant picking up goods and was quickly admitted to land. Once on the ground he secured his ship and paid to have it parked for a couple of days. He then went into the sleeziest bar he could find and began his search for the Agdzari empire leaders by hiring some zidagars who said they "Knew the streets."
------------------ ---------------------- Give them shell! give them solid shot! Damn them, give them anything!
MODERATION: Even if you were on The Rock, it would still take you until after this post to arrive. However, you could have blown out your engines and everything, so i'll let that go.
CONTINUATION: After getting a hasty clearance from Zidagar Command, the Zodiac's transport carries down the covert team. Rooster: "Alright people, the conspirators are somewhere around here. The Azdgari have an underground network in this area, we just have to locate an input area. Spread out!" The team split up into four groups of three. After 15 minutes of search, one member responded: "Rooster, we've found a hatch using your scanning signature." Rooster arrived with the rest of the team shortly and they went down into the tunnel. It was a well-built but otherwise crude construction, with a layer of radioactive residue to block scans. Voices were heard from inside. Someone: "There's a group of them coming down the street, but nothing else yet." Intimidator: "We can't hold up much longer. I hope Carnotaur can get here soon."
Rooster: "They're definately in there. Blow the door." Several officers took off their packs and set them down at the door, while everybody ran for cover. Soon they exploded, disabling the electronics within the door. They knocked it down, and a storm of officers flew upon the small room. Rooster: "Alright, get down! Get down!" Intimidator shot several of the officers before Rooster knocked the gun out of his hand. He then ran out of the tunnel, thinking the Zidagar would be better captors. Rooster jumped out: "Stop or i'll have to shoot you!" Intimidator continued running. Rooster counted to three and then fired, hitting Intimidator square in the back. He fell, and Rooster could see Zidagar moving towards him. The team ran for their target, and opened fire on the Zidagar. Who didn't fall to the ground ran back, allowing Rooster's team to get Intimidator, Carnotaur's Mother, and two Azdgari operatives to the transport. The transport was heavily damaged, but the Zodiac was able to get to hyperspace.

To Rooster: Could you please re-cap a little what is happening with you rooster? During the first thread there were so many posts that I couldn't read them all.

I have taken my ship, the (I)Sublime(I), to Zidagar to retrieve some news from my operatives, and am surprised by the mess at the bar. After finding out what happened, I take out my phase pistol and wait for a renegade official to meet me there. The rest of my fleet starts regular raids on the Zachit, destroying many Zachit and miranu ships then mysteriously vanishing.
I began a campaign against the renegades, in which i helped the Kayans recover some prisoners. That's pretty much it. If you're done with Carno's missions, do you want to join the Corocijak clan and work beside me?
Rooster: Sure. I follow along after your next post.
Nova6 is sitting in his throne room, doing Emperorish stuff, when the doors slam open and a tall Voinian steaps in. Nova6 quickly sees it is Lonevoinian, Governor of what used to be Human space. He gets right down to the point: "Emperor, don't send any more money to that Renegade, daeledus. If you need to send more help, let me go and help. I have severly damaged Zachit Station, and captured a few Generals. Oh, they are in the waiting room. I didn't know which one to assinate and which ones to hold for randsom, so I brought them all. But anyway, let me go and help. I wish to taste the thrill of battle once again, and I can destroy any fleet in mere seconds." Nova6 responds...

I object to the fact that any prisoners were taken at all. You posted that there was a battle before the Kayans were forced to leave the system. That would have given the Kayans on board the station more than enough time to return to their Aradas and escape. Also, you simply ended the battle before either Rooster or I had a chance to respond with our reaction to the arrival of the renegade fleet. It would make more sense if we were only allowed to control our own forces and decide when they retreat, and if we were required to allow room for the other side to respond to any attack (as I did by not just having the Kayans come in, plunder the station, and leave. Instead I allowed you a chance to defend the station). You didn't allow any room for a response, simply posted that your fleet returned, drove off the Kayans and left the soldiers stranded.
How about we have it that when your fleet returned, all but two of the groups of Marines were able to escape. I returned and rescued one of those groups, and the other group paid 80,000 credits to ransom their own freedom. Sound fair?

I have to work on Darkstream, but some things for Carnotaur:
I am not at friendly terms with you or your people. You have ties with my enemy. The people that i caught were genuine and i am holding them for ransom. Your people couldn't have gotten onto my ship, the Zidagar's lifesig would have easily been noticed, and i don't appreciate (although i know you posted alot) that you assumed my captives were false.
Once again, i have to work on Darkstream for tonite.

/me runs around the room screaming "ACK! ACK! ACK! THE AGZARAI ARE BACK! ACK! ACK! ACK!"
Thunder, also remember that you had only two Aradas docked at the station at once. They wouldn't be able to carry many troops. The other ships would be engaged in the battle.
