Finding Missions

Is there an easy way to find which planets you have to go to to receive special missions. It can get very boring just doing little missions. :frown:

Although it isn't always the case, major capital planets (Earth, Mira, etc) are a good place to start.

PS: Part of the fun of the game is finding missions you didn't know about. It can get boring looking for them, but when you find them, it's usually worth it.

Sure! In fact, I made a file that contains all the data on where to get the missions. It is not ready to post, but I will say this: First go to Mira and do "Diplomatic Relationm," if you haven't already. Once you've done this, you can join the Zidagar at Pozdag-3, the Azdgari at South-tip station, or the Igadzra at Kitrak. If you want to start the fall of the Voinian empire, go to Emalga, in northern Voinian space. To join the Voinians, (grin) go to Pax before doing any UE military missions. You can also go to New Taranto with a Deadly combat rating to start the missions that end up with you being able to get the powerful UE cruiser. If you still can't get any of these missions, try boosting your combat rating or legal status. If you still can't get it, then hyper out of the system and back, then check the bar again. (If this is tedious, accept a mission from the mission computer and abort it. It has the same effect.
