Hi there!
I've been using my dad's username on this board (harryfan23,) just thought you should know ;).
I also want to let you know that I'm only 8 years old, and I'll start 3rd grade this fall.
So if you have had trouble with my posts because I didn't understand the rules, it's because I'm young. I enjoy reading everyone's posts.

hmm. It's amazing how good your spelling and grammar skills are after only finishing the second grade. I feel a bit skeptical because I have a niece that will be going into third grade. No way could she begin to communicate on the same level that you are here. And she is bright for her age. But..whatever. If you're bright enough to communicate this clearly..then you're obviously bright enough to understand the rules.

I'm tired and un-skeptical; Apology accepted. Hey, this board, all boards, need enthusiastic posters. When I first started posting I had trouble making my light joking personal tone translate into posts. I mayhaps was joking but it may have been unclear. So I usually, still, re-read my posts at least once before posting. Each member's post represents them entirely. When someone meets you they can say, "Oh here is a great 8 year old." But that does not translate into the web. All that anyone sees are your posts.

You're the youngest person I've seen around the boards and even though you're a little post eccentric some times you are very quite mature for your age. Even more mature than some adults than i've seen around here.

Awwww. <pinches cheek> Just kidding. Hi there; welcome aboard.
Apology more than accepted. It's nice to see multiple generations of people really getting into Ferazel's Wand like this, eh?
C'mon Zelda, I could spell like that by 3rd grade. Give him a hug and don't think so hard.
Game of chess later on, perhaps?

Ice rink opens for public session at 8:30, didn't want to be really really early.
And here I was thinking that everyone who played Ferazel's Wand was probably between the ages of 10-20, I must say it shocked me reading that there was a grandma (aka-LizWiz) who's into Ferazel's Wand, I certainly can't picture <I>MY</I> grandma doing anything like that(she bought a comp about 6 months ago and still hasn't gotten around to doing anything w/ it)

I've been in computers for about 30 years now - I've seen a few changes - but then lets face it so has anyone who has anything to do with computers for more than 5 minutes. Ferazel's Wand caught my attention because of the amazing variety of things you can do with the editor (if you can ever work it out in the first place). It's fun to play and the levels are fun to make. Ben Spees has all my admiration, FW is a classic.

I truly believe that all deadlines are unreasonable regardless of the amount of time given.
I'm amazed at the young whipper snappers who seem to think that computers and computer games are only for the under 20 crowd. Wake up, babies! Most people in the work force today have to deal with computers on one level or another. And as for loving games...why would you think that only the very young would be interested? My mom is nearly 60 and she loves playing computer games. She so mastered Myst and the other thing that came after it. She relaxes by playing computer games.
