Captain Scurvy is still around, and a moderator. The only thing I can figure is that this unregistered person is trying to pretend to be Captain Scurvy, or there was some other CS name that we're supposed to know about.

The only CS I've ever referred to as CS is Captain Scurvy. Since he's still around, I believe this CS is an impostor.
