I'm probably not starting a plug of my own, as I own no mac, and have little to no experience, at all...I think maybe this'll go for more of a helper for those plug-makers... Also, seeing as I've never played any plug, I'm not even sure what I look for. Next chance I get, though, I'm gonna play EVGE, and maybe even GS...once I get a mac, EVC, and the other stuffs...I don't much like EVC on EVN's engine...it's just too...different, even if only in (a) subtle way(s)...

I second that. As planet dominating is the hardest thing you can do, its something you do after you have done all missions, not something you do in a mission. The end of Weave storyline in War Without End has you dominate Earth. :eek: As everyone knows, Earth cant be dominated in reasonable time with rapid-fire Forklifts.

Quality over quantity, and not too fast a progress (so you buy a say Kestrel after you finish with your shuttle just because of a bonus mission or something).. keep it dangerous, surprising, and not necessarily by combat only. Make the world/storyline coherent.. make planet descriptions so to get a tangible world/galaxy with it's own unique places. Make high tech scarce (unless your storyline/galaxy overrules this) and not easily earned/found/etc.
