bscure facts about EV

Here are three, possibly not widely known, items:
1. Pirate kestrals can "scoop up" their disabled Lightnings and relaunch them.
2. A Confederate frigate which has two patrol ship escorts usually carries 100 K to
200 K credits. (payroll ship ??) vs 0 credits carried by unescorted frigates.
3. If you want to capture a Rebel Destroyer without becoming persona non grata in
the Rebel systems, do not blow up Destroyers you have disabled, but failed to
capture. Just leave them sitting there. The Perseus system is a good place to
go to capture Reb Destroyers, or Confed. Frigates.

Yeah, I used to do that, only I took other people's Lightnings too.

Rebel Destroyers and Confed Frigates never pop up at the same time.

Actually they do. All the time. The Rebels usually when that happens.
