Well my original statement really didn't say I "hope for it soon". It just said that he may die soon "as I suspect" because he is an old man with many ailments.

That would be just a waste of time. Instead, they ported them for the Nova engine so you could play it on Windows and OS X....

It would be better if they carbonized them cos many people may not want nova and only want EV.
Does EV only work on Power PC's from before '97? Or does it work on MacOS 8.1/8.2?

Well, you see, you'd have to carbonize EV and EVO, then port EV and EVO to Windows. It is much better to just buy Nova and for $30 you get EV, EVO and Nova for Windows and EV, EVO and Nova for OS X.

Anything better then the requirements should be able to run EV. There is no such thing as 8.2. There's 8, 8.1 (last 68K OS), 8.5, and 8.6.
