Now, that said, topics that compare EV to EVO can reside on either board, although quite frankly, I'm at a bit of a loss as far as understanding exactly what this topic is supposed to be about, since the grammar and syntax are horrible.

Well there's a small Voinian refueling station guarded by only UE freighters, and many Miranu planets are easy fry as well as some Igazra planets, although I really haven't had a go at EVO galaxy domination. Part of the difficulty is probably because the ships aren't as good as the ones in EV.

And while we're at it, I'd like to ask something- how many ships does the Council's HQ have? (sorry, I forgot the name since I have not been playing EVO for a long time) I tried taking over the planet, but the defense fleet was virtually endless.

there still one possibility to dominate all the planets ..... but it's kinda cheatin' hey!!
If you want to do it, modify the number of carried ships in your cargo. Before asking them, unload all of your ships. At about 33 (i'm not sure) you'll be unable to unload more (it's a game's limitation). If there's another ships on the system, wait for their departure; after that, you have to defeat solely one fighter at a time. If you have more than 5 combat to do, try another system...
it works!!! really. I almost dominate all the planets on all the systems

IIRC the max ships in system is higher in EVO than EV so that trick might not work quite so well in EVO - potentially making it harder to take over planets in EVO?

In most cases, power is relative, but when it comes to domination, a universaly poor ship just doesn't have the staying power.

Not really. Let's say you've got a TC where the best blasters deal, like, three damage and good cruisers have 100 shields. In most situations the cruiser would do just fine, but when you've got 100+ ships to deal with, it just doesn't last long enough.
