In previous webstories on the EVO boards before they died, a round was when everyone has posted their income added to and expenses subtracted from their total money. Everyone has posted, but not everyone has added their income yet.

well, your shipyards can build Kestrels and Sub-Kestrels. as far as other ships... capture them maybe? or you may buy them from blackmarket stellers like Blackthorn.

How long does it take my shipyards to build ships?
i would guess instantly, but you have to have the money for the ship. eg: Kestrel cost is 10M. if you have 10Mcr. you can build one instantly. then you lose the 10Mcr. that's how i would do it, but stardust isnt me.

Light Ships (Confed Gunboats, Defender, Manta, Lightning etc). 4 Posts: 15,000
Light Freighters/b)(Light Freighter, Shuttle etc).: 3 Posts: 10,000
Medium Ships(Argosy, Luxury Liner, Kestrel): 4 Posts: 30,000
Medium Warships(Frigates, Destroyers etc.): 5 Posts: 3M
That should work right?
