OOC: Irony, Stardust if you believe research is necessary for sticking a torpedo launcher on a turret you should take some basic physics. Any object on a rotating base will rotate, especially in Zero Gravity.

It will "slow" things down a conciderable amount for andrew. In a normal kestrel he can take down 2 kestrels with good pilot and 3 with moderate.
