I was using "Resedit" to make a plugin and I saw in the data files that one of the hails was somthing about a space parrot ahh here it is
"Once I saw the great space parrot, coming out of the shadow of Arcturus VII. Go ahead and laugh, but it was there, bigger than all the moons of Saturn."
Can some one please tell me what this is, and where Arcurus VII is?

Well, it turns out that EV, and the EV Documentation, are both full of references to planets not in the game. I don't know if anyone else has been observant enough to notice this, but these references are where Stoffe got a lot of names for stellars in EVGE...Arcturus VII is one of them (if I remember correctly, it was in Polaris Alliance space).

In EVO, the bar description of Crocketts says: "...taming space parrots..." and Leitons (forgot planet name) says: "... blurred and inplausible pictures of space parrots". Probably this proves that space parrots exist hiddenly, that isn't just Captain Hector

I was playing EVO a long time ago, and I wasn't registered. suddenly a dialogue appeared with a picture of a parrot on it. IT said that Captain Hector stole a lot of my cash and the local authorities are trying to stop him, blah blah...
And if you're interested, they never did stop him.

Cap'n Hector is the company mascot. Yes she is a parrot. They make many references to parrots throughout the ev series. The hail is a joke. I cracked up when I hailed an Argosy and that was its hail. They are jokes for those who understand them. I was surprised that the secret weapon is a forklift, and not in the shape of a parrot.
