Flyrallen

Okay, I met this guy who told me to go to Wolf and meet Flyrallen in a bar. But for the longest time he never showed up. So I busied myself amassing a small fleet of very deadly vehicles and started wrecking havoc to pass the time.

Still, no Fly-guy.

Then I discovered that there is some sort of bug. So I got the Vellos fix.

Many moons later, what do you know:
No Fly.

Now, after an exhaustive search, I discovered that you have to have the SAME combat rating in order to get him to appear?

I was nothing before and now I am Frightening. Does this mean I have to start the game over?

No other strings have introduced themselves over the past two weeks, by the way...
