I hope that the chances of a breakdown of the story and constant arguments are minimized by limiting new ship designs and banning new weapons. It should help...

Yes - with a few exceptions:
- Your fleet can be split into a lot of smaller units that can travel anywhere in the galaxy. So basically, you can be able to have coverage of multiple systems.
- Ship design research costs 200% of the ship price for the major factions, and 300% for the minor factions.
- Pirates can capture ships infrequently.
- NO new weapons or outfits
YOU need to choose a fleet ASAP.

Okay. EVW will officially commence at 8:00PM USEST 4/26/2002. I will post the topic, and fleet posting may begin immediately following the posting of the topic. Attacks may commence after a commander from every government (except Cydonian) has posted at least once. There will be a separate topic created for new ship designs and discussion, and this one will be discarded. The actual story thread MAY NOT be used to post comment posts, or to complain on. Violation of the previous rule may result in severe disciplinary action or even expulsion.

It seems that there is no one doing a website. I am creating a website with all the Confederation information, and I suppose that I could host the rest of the faction's info. OR you could try to mentally digest the info with a graphical map...

Nope - just select a fleet before 8:00PM USEST tonight.
Spl, the rules says that a core world (mercenary base) should receive 10M per page (I assume). However, the legend under the map states that a core world receives 40M and a capital (mercenary base is one) 100M. But I think that we evolve with the Rules, so the mercenary should receive 10M
As for the mental digestion, my stomack hurts.

Whenever you can afford them. However, if it become to out of control, Ne Demord Jamais, Captain Skyblade (if he chooses to mod) or I can restrict it unconditionally.
