I think that it would be a good idea for us to start discussing the major plotlines we wan't to include, and also to invent new ideas for in-story weapons/outfits/ships for our governments.

News Flash
At 4 Pm earth standerd(sp?) time yesterday a fleet of freighter Jumped into Levo air space on a cargo mission. About 2 light minutes from levo a destress signel was emmited from the fleet. The presedents was in his Camand cruiser at the time of the signel and when to invesagate. About 30 minutes later a signel was recived from the preseden diclaring a state of emergicy(sp?) as a fleet of over 30 Pirate Heavely armed Cruisers and fighters entered Levo air space. About 5 pm 1 hour after the dirstress signel was emmitted over 250 ships in the defence fleet where lanched. several hundred personal ships where lanched with the defence fleet inorder to aid the presedent and to stop the advancing Pirate fleet. At 7Pm the official word cam from paralment that the presedent has been captured and the Pirate fleet is responsible. At 3 AM this morrning a Ship from the First Mercenary Squadron was seen moving away from the Pirate fleet at a high speed with over 100 fighters where chasing it. And just now at 7AM the presedent Of Levo was returned unharmed because of the hard work of a mercenary. We owe our thanks and prairs for this person and his crew for there daring efforts.

Some things I would like to say: NO new weapons/outfits/ships!
Could we have President (or Emperor, Priest, whatever) elections for each government? Like, a term is two weeks; the most of President can serve is two consecutive terms. But if that Pres. wants to serve, say, a term after the new Pres. has been elected, he can be put on the 'ballet'. This way no one will feel singled out. :frown:

a) if you don't want your government to design new ships, that is fine by me.
Sure you can run your government like that, but the official position of the Confederation is that governments should have organizational freedom. BTW- STOP THE SMILE ABUSE!

Are you sure? You'll have to compete against the financial resources of the confederation and the rebellion and they can pay much more than you could. You'd have to offer some nice benefits in addition to the pay if you are going to be able to compete effectively against them.

I just spent the night in a hospital.... I riped a part of my eye. forgot whats it called. The thing with the colour..... Well I'm in a lot of pain. Hopefuly my eye will be better in about 1 to 3 weeks....

Is there any chance we could get this started sometime in April or May? I know everyone is busy with school, so am I, but the work load gets a little lighter towards the end of the semester (with the exception of finals week )and I am afraid that I might end up with some commitments around mid June. If this is not possible I understand, maybe I can put my fleet under Rak's command for a few weeks.
