Sadly, there is no Rebel Carrier. There is, however, a Rebel Cruiser. I vote for it, because once you give it some engine enhancements, it's one fast sonofagun. Give it an afterburner and you can outrun defenders.

No. The Escort Carrier only appears on the Confederation mission string.
