Oh yes, HC Carriers are still w00t. They do have a few weaknesses, but those will certainly take a more expensive task force to exploit than getting rid of an Alien Destroyer will.

ROTFL! You never had to fight with or against the Alien Destroyers did you spl? I think you're vastly underestimating them. It's just as well you retired the Siege Carier, because one Alien Destroyer might just be able to destroy one of those. With two, there'd be no question.

Your forgetting the Lancer and the Drake. And the LRBM's. A good deal of destruction shall befall the aliens. In fact we will use our secret weapon:Monty Python! We will override their communications systems and force them to watch Monty Python. If their heads don't explode from the attempt at humor they will at least be incapacitated.

Needless to say,any Pirate scum which ventures into the Sentaurus galaxy will get whupped your sole advantage lies in staying in the milky way,while all the HC are getting whupped in Sentaurus. Don't worry,you can romp all over the Milky Way-that way,when the Imperium returns to that battlefront,all our opposition will be puny Pirate vessels. We will rule unopposed!

Because everyone is fighting just about everyone. The only allies are the Dreden Rebellion and Human Confederation, who are fighting the aliens and pirates...

Well, technically we aren't allied, since we don't know about each other. We do fight for the same cause, though I doubt the Dreden will see that much action against the pirates, since they're buried back in the Sentaurus galaxy.

Actually, the Dreden Rebellion and Human Confederation are technically already on goods terms (and thus allies). Remember that the Dreden Rebels are humans who were captured by the aliens, and want to get back to the Milky Way (while fighting the alien empire). I don't think the Dreden Rebellion has forgotten about their human friends back in the Milky Way over a few hundred years.

True, but they won't know the HC is coming, and we certainly have forgot about you. So we won't be on good terms until we find each other.
