And it probably won't, unless somebody try again uploading it. Gandalf himself was having problems uploading it to Ambrosia for a few weeks. That's why it was released about a moth late.

Somebody from Ambrosia could also download them directly from my Website download page, like andrew suggested in one of his "so you made a plug-in" posts. That might be the easiest, especially for a cable modem. David Dunham, andrew, and EVula have been provided with the quick descriptions, and my download page URL, or the plug-in itself (I had to send the PICTS seperately b/c I can only e-mail a maximum of 5 Mb at a time).
