So! Just started playing really... and some things are still foggy to me. One- a mission of mine was to delete all files on a compueter, which I did. At least I thought I did. (cue my gasp) The reply to -my- reply was that nothing had happened. So I repeated over and over and they still won't pay me. What am I overlooking? I know it's probably something tiny but I can't see it right now and I'm just about ready to burn something or someone. Eh- guess I'll leave it at that so far. Thanks and please help me get this newbie sign off my forehead.

You can't deal with it with the Fileserver. You need to use the Console
In the console, type: cd usr delete exit
Then disconnect, but Wait!!!
You need to goto the uplink inter service machine an wait for the news to come that says they lost everything
Then reply.

Thank you very much. Reading that I killed someone else's computer was very gratifying. x) Maybe I can fix a few other problems--- Such as! Voice print ID, how do I get a sample of the admin's voice?

You may realize that each corporation has a public access server. All of 'em are available in InterNIC. Well, in the public server, you have two names with phone numbers. Each number can be copied as an internet link. So, copy the admin's phone number, launch the voice analyser, and call him (i.e. click on the number as if it was an IP). Let the analyser analyse his voice, and, when it's finished, do NOT close the analyser.
Connect to the server which need it, enter the voice check system, and click the lil' "play" button of the analyser. Voice hacked.

Ah-HAH! I knew there was a reason for those phone numbers.
Speaking of newbie ignorance, what are the different Neuromancer Levels, and what precisely affects them? I know that doing favors for individuals will lower it, working for companies will raise it. I also know that it has something to do with your popularity among other hackers. Any specifics would be appreciated.
