Follow-up question: When will the Uplink forum be unlocked? The EVN forum was open waaay before EVN was released; Uplink should have the same treatment!

Question: Is the Uplink forum under the 'Ambrosia Net Games' catagory for a reason (multiplayer), or because there was no where else to put it?

It's sad, I'm almost starting to become amused at how bad that board is. Apparently someone was able to use a security hole to run some javescript code in his posts. It took the passwords of anyone who looked at his posts, so even though his screen name was banned, he's still running around as at least four different screen names that he has the passwords for, including a moderator. If it was a board that I would actually want to use I would be mad, but it's really just funny in a sad sort of way.
It's not multiplayer, but since the subject is the internet, it does make sense on some level.

That's actually kind of ironic, because of what Uplink is about...
Will there be some sort of Uplink editor? I know theres no PC one, but this is Apple and Ambrosia, so...

Well, think of it like editing an EVN plugin. It would add another storyline, more computers, etc. to the game.
Game ultra-flexibility, I think, is what has kept Ambrosia so great (EV, EVO, EVN, Ferazel's Wand, Ares, PoG, Coldstone, etc.), and even if they weren't planning on making an editor, right now is the time to put that into motion, cause it'd be real great.
