New Chronicle 30/6

Well. It certainly has been a while, hasn't it? At any rate, the Chronicle of the Moment is a continuation of the story of the Starfire by Bryce. This is the first part of TS: Oracle and it's available (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/cgi-bin/ubb/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&number;=49")here(/url).

Enjoy it. I certainly did. πŸ™‚

... Well, I didn't actually write it - Bryce did. But I'd say it's a safe bet. For more of his Starfire story, the prequel to Oracle ; Insidae is also available in the Coldstone Chronicles section of the board - just look down the list. πŸ™‚

I might right some chronicles for Space and submit them. I need to get my friend to fill out the story. When I told him the basics he tried to change the most vital bits of the plot that has been in my head for 4-5 years

I'm glad to get some feedback, I saw no comments on the page and worried that nobody read the CS chrons anymore πŸ™‚ Good thing I checked here.

Anyway, I'm not sure when the next part will be released; As I think I remember saying somewhere else, I'm in college now and I have less time... but I do plan to finish this episode. As to the future of Starfire , I'm not sure - I really like it, but I just can't motivate myself to write frequently for an audiance that seems depressingly small. (I keep telling myself that there are lots of people reading it but who are too lazy to comment...) Maybe I'll kill off the characters one by one until the series ends depressingly with the abandoned MSV Starfire drifting through space, waiting for a new crew to discover it, unaware that it is cursed by the storytelling Fates. πŸ˜„

Next part is about 40% done. (Just in raw length, not counting editing, spellchecking, &c.;)

(Edit) Writing for part 2 is done - had nothing much to do today. Yay. Still needs to be spellchecked, and I'll have to wait a few days and then read over it to make sure I didn't leave in anything stupid. This will be the interactive part, in keeping with the precedent set by Insidae.

Glad to hear it.
I'm presently working on the overall plot arc (the plot really begins in ernest in Oracle, Insidae is a self-contained `pilot'), but my Dad thinks I should have a summer job in addition to summer school. I'm going to try to squeeze in some time to work on TS regularly in spite of that, however.

I read it, and I think you did a very good job on it. I look forward to reading the rest.

Thanks for the comment.

Part 2 finished and submitted. (Only one stupid thing had to be diked... dumb preserved alien joke...) I hope it doesn't have any logic or other errors, I didn't have as much time to check it. Oh well, better than nothing πŸ™‚

It hasn't been released yet, it's still in pending chronicles. I don't know when it will appear on the Coldstone Chrons, that's up the the local mods.
A chron is written, then submitted, then edited, and then finally released - only the first two steps are the author's job. (Well, hopefully the author does some editing too...)
