CORRECTION:
NO: DONT ASK ME WHY: IT DOES NOT WORK. SEEE POST BELOW!!!!
-------------------
I just finished testing a Coldstone game on WinMe using the new Quicktime 6.4 and now the problems that i reported earlier seem te have gone. Which would be great news since I discovered about 30-40 % of the internet population uses these two operatings systems.
But I might be cheering too soon since I tested it using VPC. I try to confirm the test on both win98 and on a real pc using QT 6.4.
For those of you who don't know what I am talking about: Both Quicktime movies and MP3's did not play in coldstone games on Win98/ME using QT6.3 and possibly also earlier. On Win2kk and Winxp everything worked fine.

BIG QUESTION:
What is the difference betweeen virtual pc and a real pc?
Because on virtual pc quicktime movies and mp3 sounds work on winme and win98 BUT NOT ON A REAL PC. Is it the speed? Or what?
Does anybody know the answer?
Anyway I'm sticking with director, allthough I can not create scrolling maps there and I stil have to cough up at least 250$ because that is what a version 8 costs on ebay.
