If I understand correctly, you have a picture created with some art program and you want to use it in your game. Make sure that the picture is called -----.pct or -----.png and is properly formatted in 16 bit (or 32 bit works too) and has a resolution of 72.0 ppi. I recommend GraphicConverter to check this out and perform any alterations. Now place the picture file in the "Pictures" folder of the game. Please explain the problem in greater detail if this does not solve your needs.
