First, not many people can do this well. Second, There is nothing in any of your posts which gives any indication of what you are looking for. And third, you haven't given anybody a reason why they should want to help.
What is the game about? What kind of NPCs are needed? What's in it for the person who is willing to do this? Frankly, I'm not surprised at the lack of response. It's a common need and one that is very hard to fulfill. Good luck.

As RD mentioned, enough is too much. There are a few resources available for graphics for games, and there have been plenty of topics on similar subjects in the past. Feel free to do a search for assitance, or open a topic, but not three at once.
