Here is an animation of the Blood Fountain (revised...mind you...) animated gif
It's only 7 frames but you get the idea. I'd probably just give the individual pict files and let you all make your own animations at whatever speed you'd like and that way you can use any of the single pict files as well.

I don't go for the gory stuff too much myself, but I found this sort of amusing. Wouldn't this be great in a Dungeons & Dragons game? The play session is about to start and the DM says, "Remember last week two members of your party became separated and lost?" Turning to two players, "Bill and John, I am afraid I have some bad news about your cleric and elf."
