hey i've never done internet play before and i looked at the manual and i guess im kinda slow.... i don't really understand what to do for hosting or joining an internet game of Ares. can anyone help me?

To play an internet game of Ares 1.1.1 or 1.2.0b6 go to (url="http://"http://www.gameranger.com")www.gameranger.com(/url) and download Gameranger. Launch Ares and Gameranger. Then just join/host a game. (from Gamerangr not Ares)

You get GameRanger when you download Ares. Just open gameranger, make an account, and host or join a game.

The version of Gameranger that comes with Ares 1.1.1 is a beta and I think that it can't update itself.
