Black Tiles

As the title states, I find black tiles in my game.
Only some, though.
There will be, for example, a row of transition tiles, that consist of repeating graphics, and then right in the middle of it there'll be a single black tile, for seemingly no reason.
I noticed that the problem someone else had a while ago was similar, and their problem was map optimisation. I haven't optimised any maps, however.

This is not a huge problem. It has only occured twice in my game- but it always happens on the same tile.

I'm running coldstone 1.0.1 on Mac OS 9.

Poor little Johnny, of whom we'll see no more, for what he thought was H2O was H2SO4.

It sounds like they are the same tile, but to clarify, the black tile is entirely the same as the other tiles just like it?

I had black tile problems when my tile file names contained commas and slashes and other things that Coldstone didn't like... hope that helps some.

The autotrophic organisms are decidedly more verdent when located on an adjacent surface.

I have had some graphics show up as black tiles with stray color dots when the picture did not register correctly. It took me about ten tries of tweeking the picture before the intended graphic appeared. I suggest you examine the graphic for the tile in question. For one, make sure its pixel count is the same as the other tiles you have. Hope that's of some help.

My Doctor said I was having too much wine, women, and song - so I gave up singing because 2 out of 3 is not so bad.

Find those areas you missed the first time around. You'll want to explore those hidden areas now made accessible with Spells Expander.
