How and where do I get all the NPC picts from the orignal pog and tritney???

All the ones from PoG that you can use are on the Coldstone CD. For Trinity's graphics, you'll need to download "Trinity Unleashed" from the (url="http://"http://www.ambrosiasw.com/games/coldstone/addons.html")Coldstone Addons page(/url). Please be aware that if you use any files from Trinity Unleashed, its license states that your game must be freeware.
Note that some character graphics (particularly the Sea Giant and the Guardian, as well as the "Page", "Squire", and "Knight" graphics for the Swordsman class) are not included with either of these. Dee has stated that this is so that PoG will retain some uniqueness and remain apart from other games created with the same graphics set.
