In PoG, when the hero quaffs a potion/eats an apple (in a word, cures himself), the item window closes, and the number of hit points regained appears over the player. This is not the case (for both things) when you use CS. Simple question(s): how does one clse the item window? And, did the points appear as the consequence of an animation triggered on "use" of the item?
Sincerely,
Alois

I seem to recall that the healing items in PoG actually do their healing via a linked spell rather than the item's own attributes. This was the only way they could make an item that heals over a period of time rather than instantly, and also why the sorceror class in Trinity always acts like he's casting a spell when he eats an apple.
