dragon graphic, by yours truly...

hi, here's my own custom built dragon, that was gonna be used for the game power trip (which is currently canceled)....

the dragon is still a work in progress because i haven't finished the texturing, or the modeling of the mouth...so don't be suprised when you see bright blue horns 😛

please, opinions are wanted, on size, structure, color, positioning, etc.

(but be sure it's all constructive criticism, thanks)

Well, I couldn't view it for reasons unknown to me. Why did you and GlueBubble cancel power trip?

Very nice, reminds me off some of the summon materia animations from FF7.

well darkblade, neither of us were really dedicated enough, and knew it would be unrealistic, at our speed, to continue working on it.

necromicon (sp), man that's a total coincidence, cause i just saw that mega flare summon last night for the first time, also the giga flare summon, very, very, very tight ****. the only difference is those animations aren't realistic looking, i'm going for lifelike qualities and feautures, thus the crinkles.

That dragon pic is awesome, what program did you use? How many polygons (or triangles)? The textures are very nice. Keep up the great work.

Since you are no longer working on power trip, you are welcome to design sprites and collaborate with me on my games, if you'd like and have the commitment.

off the top of my head, i'm not sure how many polygons, but in certain areas like the head or legs or feet, there is in the triple digits. i used lightwave 5.6.

and for you lazy people (like me) i moved it onto a more reliable server (it was on my server but i'm always timing out due to using all my proc power)

Or, since Geoshi...er, Geocities no longer hosts pictures like that, click (url="http://"http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/Bridge/6896/drag.jpg")here(/url).

Or, it will continue not to work, and you will have to go to the HL server and look at the graphic uploads. 🙂

I think the wings need to be just a little bit larger... but that's just my opinion.

Try replacing (url="http://"http://www.geocities.com")www.geocities.com(/url) with fp.geocities.com. It's hard to say how long that will continue to work, but it does for now. Stupid geocities...
Let's see if it does the trick for you here:

Did that work?
