Yes, it's easy to find. No, you should not give out it's location.
The upcoming area is where plug-ins sit while we moderators check that they're not virus, buggy to the point of irreleasability, etc. So by giving out where it is, you're only hurting people.
Don't worry, it's checked regularly and we do release the files once we know they're safe. We're not keeping them for ourselves... Yet...
