Restrictive NAT

What is it?

Help!

Every time I go on to multiplayer, I get a message after my name that says that I have "Restrictive NAT". Obviously, this raises a few questions:

-What is it?
-Is it bad?
-If it's bad, how do I get rid of it?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Also, if you have the built in Firewall turned on, try unblocking port 33333.
