Keyboard Commands?

Is there a list of keyboard commands out there?

I've noticed a few, like "z", which seems to zoom, but is there a definitive list somewhere?

You can access the User Manual from Help menu. In there you'll find them listed under Controls. You may need to exit full screen mode (Command-F) to see the menu bar. Hope this helps
