Now Im not one for moaning or groaning but what is going on, come on peeps the last three days there has been nobody on the tracker, at most two games. To top it all, at the times when most people would be logging on, the tracker keeps taking a dive. In a world run by mentally retarded statesmen and where tv is regressive and dumbed down to the point of obnoxiousness, its nice to know that we can get our cerebral stimulation knocking a virtual ball around popping, virtual bricks over a virtual pond, whilst communication in symbols and abbreviations to fellow poppers across the globe.
But you cant can you? Because nobodys there just the vacuum of empty space. An online game doesnt have to be long (poor excuse Evula), theres that handy little one round button at the bottom of the screen. Personally I think this game is great, as do plenty of other people, otherwise there wouldnt be so much praise gushing from the various posts on this board. Has Ambrosia not been pushing or marketing the product? Maybe if Ambrosia got involved in a tournament or something . I cant understand how in a few weeks weve gone from 15+ players at a time to just 1 or 2, it should be increasing not decreasing. All you poppers out there have a duty to get back on that tracker son that I can whoop your asses, playing the machine is getting boring, its the human element that makes this game fun.
Now start telling your friends to buy pop-pop to build up the user base and get the tracker busy or Ill have to hack your homepages and replace all your content with pictures of the Back Street Boys. :frown:

do you mean that the server that hosts the games goes down? that you see a message like, "the tracker is unavailable"?
or that pop-pop crashes while you are in the network lounge?
according to the server logs it hasnt gone down in almost a week. if you are seeing "tracker unavailable" perhaps you are having problems with your connection.
if you are crashing in the net lounge then please consider turning on crash reporting in console.app - then when pop crashes please post the crash log to this thread.
(to activate crash logging go to the preference dialog of the console app. choose the "crashes" tab. enable both "enable crash reporting" and "automatically display crash logs".)

First off, the name is "EVula", not "Evula".
Secondly, poor excuse or not, that's one of them. I have a few others for why I'm not a regular on the tracker, but I don't really think I need to "justify" my absence.

Ive said it before and Ill say it again, lets sort out a tournament (of sorts). There wasnt enough interest to launch the pop-pop masters series which would have coincided rather nicely with the US Open but hey you can bring a horse to water I didnt get any response from Ambrosia either so Im not going to waste my time putting together a site thats only going to have a handful of users. Soooooo, as there is already a site dedicated to pop-pop i.e. this one why not go for the simple option. Why dont we all just try and log on to the tracker on Sat 21st at 21.00 GMT (i.e. 16.00 NY, 13.00 LA). As for you guys in Tokyo and Australia please suggest a time thats good for you, otherwise you can join us for breakfast. So what yall thinking ya?
Any kind of Tournament sounds cool to me. I got my registration, so now it's even better...i have noticed the lack of players...i wonder why it dropped so dramatically. im on every now and then though...ill play anytime

It's already hard enough keeping people from naming their hosted games with unmentionable words. Like we need twenty-four hours of the same thing in spam form.

I am usually playing at evenings and never had problems in having a game started in more than 30 seocnds. Sure the total number of games has gone down but between 7 and 10pm CET there are always a few people online :))) See you (maybe in a tourney - that would be great).
