Shrikolator

Has anyone noticed that when a Shrikolator pulse comes close to its target, it sometimes turns red and gets larger?

Not I. I think that's probably the shields, though. Fire a concussion missile through a bunch of energy and you'll get the same effect.

2. It doesn't get larger, that's just the screen zooming to closest hostile
