2-d Shan Placement

automated programs

I'm putting together some 2d graphics, and I was wondering, is there any other automated program that rotates the sprites besides Spinapp. The only reason I can't use Spinapp is because it will not open. I've tried almost everything. So, are there any other programs?

Do you have Java installed? If so, then maybe I should finally rewrite it in C++.

I do. it actually worked fine until my mac crashed. After that, I re-downloaded it and it still didn't work.

As long as you're doing it, could you compile a Windows-compatible version?
