Actually, it does get dithered, but I had to do it myself and it's a very simplistic algorithm. That's why I recommended dithering it prior to encoding.
Ah okay. No worries really, I couldn't care for rel8s ;). So how's it coming along anyway?
This would be far more useful if it could deal with either a shan or a spin.

Basically, I never liked using shans for RLE creation. However, when I re-release the app with its companions, I'll look into adding shan support if only for legacy support.
