also, is there such people as ones that would help with plugin making?
If we happen to know a few more details, then yes. Until then, I'm inclined to say "try again".

To threadstarter: that's not the way to get help. Make a single post with details about what exactly is going wrong, what kind of plug-in it is, and maybe a copy of the plug-in so we can test it ourselves.

Ahem, in another thread you said your plug-in was very large. Try splitting it up into 10/15 MB chunks. Assuming for plug-in is larger than 15 MB...
Also, post a debug log, post your plug for us to look at (if possible), and tell us exactly what is wrong with the plug.
