To answer your first question, you should be able to edit the memory usage fields unless: PoG is open, PoG is locked, or PoG is on a write-protected disk.
And your second question: look up in the right corner of any page. There are several links. One of them is search.

The minimum size is 60,000 K, not 6,000 K. I don't know why you wouldn't be able to change the preferred size. I've set mine at 80,000 K and everything works fine with several plugins loaded.
To do a search, click the link near the top right corner of the PoG web board page and a box will come up to fill in what you want to search for. I don't remember many threads that discussed memory in the last two years.

Thanks for the replies. I was able to assign more memory to 80000 as you recommended. I found that I had two PoG downloads on my HD, one that was registered and one that wasn't.
PoG still "quits unexpectedly" in the Plain of Endless Winds. I have begun the game twice now, and have encountered the problem both times. I have CarbonLib 1.6, as I found in one of the posts that CarbonLib 1.1 could have been a culprit. has anyone else encountered this?
